About
Database Solutions is a small, family-run data studio based in the Orlando area. It's led by a data and database specialist who spent the last 10 years building the internal machinery of a large e-commerce company: dashboards the teams checked every morning, reports that landed in inboxes on schedule, data migrations, and the kind of screens where staff enter numbers and complex logic keeps everything consistent behind the scenes. Behind that, and alongside it: 20 years of SQL, databases, and Linux.
What those years made obvious is that big companies get this tooling by default — and small businesses almost never do. The gym owner, the shop foreman, the property manager are all running serious operations out of notebooks and spreadsheets, retyping the same numbers every Sunday night. The tools that would fix that used to be expensive to build. They aren't anymore — modern tooling (AI included) means a small senior team can now deliver what used to take a department.
So that's what Database Solutions is: a small team working directly with owners, on small tools that remove real weekly pain. No account managers, no hand-offs — the person you explain your business to is the person who builds your tool.
How we work
- Your process first. We don't sell a product you adapt to — we look at how you already run things and build the tool around that.
- Small and finished beats big and pending. Two-week pilots that end with something working, in your hands, with your real data.
- Plain language. You'll never get a technology lecture. You'll get "here's the screen, here's what it saves you."
- Privacy where it matters. When your data is sensitive, AI features run on hardware you control — nothing leaves your business.
Why the first project is free
We're building this practice from scratch and we need something no amount of advertising can buy: real local businesses saying "they built this and it works." So early clients get a real project at no cost, and in exchange we ask for a case study and — if you're happy — a referral. That's the whole model.
