Why would you build the first project for free?
Because we're launching this practice, and testimonials from real businesses are worth more to us right now than a first invoice. You get a working tool; we get a case study with your name on it — only if you're happy with the result. That's the whole trade.
How much of my time does a pilot take?
One 30-minute conversation and a copy (or photo) of whatever you use today — the spreadsheet, the notebook, the whiteboard. After that we build independently and check in twice. Most owners spend well under two hours total.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays yours, full stop. It lives in a proper database with backups, and for sensitive information (patients, clients, financials) everything — including any AI features — can run on a machine you physically control, so nothing ever leaves your business.
What happens after the pilot?
You keep the tool either way. If you want it hosted, maintained and extended, we agree on a small monthly plan. You own the code and the data, so you're never locked in — if we ever part ways, everything keeps working.
We're not in the Orlando area — can you still help?
Yes. Everything — the first conversation included — works just as well remotely. Local businesses get the option of meeting in person; everyone else gets the same tool over a video call.
